Kenneth Chang

Kenneth Chang is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Korean Air. He currently oversees the airline’s Marketing, IT, Cabin Service, Customer Relations and Global Service divisions.

IT savvy with a career of almost 20 years at Oracle, Kenneth joined Korean Air in 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Since then, he has led numerous projects to modernize the airline’s IT environment. He played an essential role in having the airline migrate its entire IT infrastructure to AWS cloud, making Korean Air the first full service carrier to complete an all-in migration to the cloud.

Kenneth spent his early years in the United States, and received a bachelor’s degree in business from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Anirban Dass is a highly accomplished and forward-thinking business leader with over 20 years of tactical leadership experience in technology, outsourcing, consulting, business processes, and payroll services space. As Vice President of Alight Solutions Asia Pacific for Payroll and Professional Services, Anirban is responsible for driving growth and leading business strategy for Alight in Asia Pacific region, helping clients revamp their approach and resolve new challenges.

Anirban's culture-rich experience and background across the United States, India, and Asia have allowed him to build strong and diverse teams enabling growth and value creation.

Andre is a dynamic business leader with a proven track record of driving transformational change across his past roles, including at IBM, where he led both finance and talent transformation service lines in Hong Kong. As a Workday pioneer, he was among the first customers in Canada to adopt Workday, and has since implemented the full suite of Workday solutions across diverse industries and new markets in Asia Pacific and Japan. With a passion for innovation and collaboration, Andre is dedicated to exploring cutting-edge approaches and technology, including Generative AI, to accelerate client transformations and unlock new business value.

Michael leads the Workforce Consulting practice in Hong Kong, specialising in complex transformations across a breadth of sectors. He has over 20 years of experience leading the transformation strategy for digital transformation initiatives focused on automation, process optimisation, and alignment for the achievement of corporate objectives.

Michael hails from the US firm where he has worked across the breadth of Fortune 500 companies to partner with the C-suite leaders down to individual contributors, on how to shape and drive organisational, process and technology changes.

Jazz Yung is a Partner in the Finance Consulting practise of PwC in Hong Kong. She has worked with many of the world’s leading corporations advising on Finance Transformation with Technology enablement projects, including business process re-engineering, implementation of financial or accounting system, and data analytics to provide business insights.

Jazz has spent significant time working on projects within a variety of industry groups with PwC in Hong Kong and China. Her client base has includes an extensive array of large multinationals. She is well versed in Enterprise Performance Management for Financial Consolidation, Budgeting and Forecasting, and data analytics from strategy to execution.
