Workday Community Impact Awards
Calling All Dublin-Based Charities in Ireland!
Does your organisation have a project that will benefit communities in Dublin? Workday is offering sponsorship of €10,000, €5,000, and €3,000 to support three innovative social initiatives. Whether your work is already underway or you’re planning a new project, we want to help you enrich our local communities and the lives of those living in them.
About the Awards
We are seeking applications from charities in Dublin who can showcase inspiring and innovative projects and initiatives that will foster social impact and seek to address issues and challenges facing their communities.
At Workday, we are proud of our strong culture that embraces our core values, and invite charities to identify where their projects align with one or more of these core values.

Who Can Enter?
To apply to the Workday Community Impact Awards 2024, you must be listed on the Register of Charities in Ireland and have a Registered Charity Number (RCN).

How to Submit Your Entry
Workday will handle your personal information in accordance with Workday’s Privacy Statement. The contact email and phone number you provide will only be used to communicate with you about the awards.
Entries must be submitted in English within the submission period: 9 a.m. GMT on 20th May 2024 to 6 p.m. GMT on 26th July 2024.

Judges will be assessing submissions based on the following criteria:
Innovation/insight
Describe the key social issues addressed by your project and what makes your approach novel or innovative (for example, the process or technology you’re using).
Social benefit
Focus on the intended benefit(s) and value of the project, describing the positive impact your project will have on the wellbeing and development of local communities. For example, tell us if your project will improve quality of life, create jobs, improve social cohesion, or benefit the local environment.
Learnings/needs
Provide details of either the demonstrated learnings from past or current projects that will help you drive impact, or the reach of your project template (for instance, how it will translate for use in other areas or by other organisations).
Alignment with Workday’s values
Workday’s core values are: employees, customer service, integrity, innovation, fun, profitability. Demonstrate how the values and approach of your project align with Workday’s core values.
*Workday may seek additional information or clarification as part of the judging process. Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony which will take place on October 9th 2024 between 10-1pm at The Light House Cinema Dublin 7 for selected finalists. Terms and Conditions apply.

Awards Ceremony
The Workday community impact awards ceremony will take place on October 9th 2024 between 10am-1pm for selected finalists at the Light House Cinema Dublin 7. The three finalists will be invited to participate in the event with our judging panel.

Our Story
