Joe Korngiebel

SVP, Enterprise Technology

Joe Korngiebel is senior vice president, enterprise technology at Workday.

Joe joined Workday in 2006 and most recently served as chief technology officer where he led the strategic direction of the company’s technology. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of experience technology and design, where he led strategy and development for Workday’s user experience and mobile technology. Joe has spent more than 20 years within technology and enterprise software development in a variety of key technical and leadership roles.

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
