Rob Enslin President, Chief Commercial Officer

Rob Enslin is president and chief commercial officer for Workday. In this role, he’s responsible for driving revenue growth for Workday, leading the company’s global sales, partnerships, and customer experience (CX) efforts.

With over 30 years of leadership in the technology sector, Rob is well-known for his strategic vision and track record of building high-performing go-to-market organizations. Prior to Workday, he was CEO at UiPath, where he drove organizational growth and fostered innovation. Before his role at UiPath, Rob served as the president of cloud sales at Google Cloud, where he made a substantial impact by expanding global field operations, tripling the sales team, and accelerating growth across the platform. His tenure at SAP spanned 27 years and culminated in his role as president of the Cloud Business Group and Executive Board member.
