POLICY INFORMATION

Policies prohibiting modern slavery.

Workday Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct explicitly highlights that the Workday workplace and supply chain should be free of forced labor, exploitative child labor, modern slavery, and human trafficking.

Workday Supplier Code of Conduct.

The Supplier Code of Conduct explicitly requires all suppliers to share the Workday commitment to human rights, including certifying they have no forced, bonded, or involuntary labor, or slavery or trafficking of persons.

Workday Partner Code of Conduct.

Our Partner Code of Conduct ensures our partners’ commitment to operating in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to respecting human rights and fair labor standards.

Human trafficking prevention and global trade policies.

Workday maintains several internal policies that focus on or support the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business. These policies also provide clear expectations for all Workday employees.

Workers and training.

We use recruitment/agency workers only from specified, reputable employment agencies to source labor and provide annual training on Workday policies, including the Code of Conduct, as well as targeted awareness activities for gatekeeper roles.

Assessing risk.

Assessing modern slavery risk in our supply chain is essential. Workday conducts an annual risk assessment on modern slavery to determine the effectiveness of the actions we are taking to address modern slavery risks in our business and supply chain.

Partner selection.

Workday is committed to only partnering with suppliers and business partners who respect human rights and fair labor standards, and will terminate relationships with suppliers for violations of our Supplier or Partner Codes and applicable policies.

Reporting concerns.

Workday offers multiple reporting channels to employees, suppliers, and business partners to report concerns and policy violations, including a web portal and hotline at speakup.workday.com.
